Frequently Asked Questions

What’s The Weather Look Like At Rugged Adventures?

What forms of payment are accepted?

– We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will also accept company checks for groups.

Will a waiver need to be signed?

– Yes. A waiver must be signed. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18 years of age.

Is there a dress code?

-Shirts and closed toed shoes are required. We ask that you don’t wear jewelry and any items in your pocket must be removed before partaking in any activity. Long hair should be pulled back. You should probably wear lose fitting, athletic clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. It might be a good idea to pack an extra set of clothes for the ride home.

Do you provide storage for purses and personal items?

-We encourage you leave as much personal items in your vehicle as possible but we do have small storage units if needed. We are not responsible for property left in your vehicle.

How does the weather effect what we can do at the park?

-The wind effects the Zorbing Hill, Bubble Soccer Balls, and Leap of Faith.  Lighting effects the Kanarra Tower. Rain or standing water in laser tag fields effects the laser tag guns. In extreme heat we are worried about guests getting heat exhaustion. Please check the weather and dress appropriately. Once again, calling ahead of time is strongly recommended for the most up to date information.

Is there a time limit for each event?

-You will have an hour to complete the Kanarra Tower. The Zorbing Hill is one trip per pay and everything else we offer will be in 1/2 hour intervals.

Is outside food and drinks allowed to be brought into your facility?

-Absolutely. We do sell food and drinks but you are more than welcome to bring in your own. There will be picnic tables available.

Do I need to make reservations?

-You can call to make reservations, which we strongly recommend, but its not a must for the days open to public. Hourly slots could be full when you arrive, delaying you from maximum enjoyment. Reservations during the week need to be done at least 3 days prior to when you’d like to come.

When do I need to arrive?

-You should arrive 20-25 minutes early to allow time for parking and paperwork. If you made reservations, please give yourself plenty of time so you do not miss your time slot.

Is there a general admission?

-There is a $5 per car parking fee which will serve as admission into the park.

Do you offer gift certificates?

-Yes we do.

Do you host birthday parties?

-Yes we do. You can call our office to see what packages are offered.

Can the whole park be rented for special events?

-Thru the weekdays the park is available for groups to rent (ex. church groups, boy scouts, girl scouts, sports team etc.). You can call our office for more info and to see what’s included.

Are there changing facilities?

-We do not have a specific age limit but all persons must be 42″ for safety reasons. Persons under 42″ may also participate in the zorbing ball but will have to remain on flat ground.

Are there any weight restrictions?

-We have a 250 lbs. weight limit on the climbing tower.
